How this directory works
A free listing of UK plumbers and heating engineers, organised by town and by job, built so that finding someone takes a minute rather than an afternoon.
What we do
We list plumbers and heating engineers across every UK town and city with more than 10,000 people, alongside plain information about what each job involves and what it usually costs. You contact the business directly using the details on their page.
What we do not do
- We take no commission and sell no leads. Nothing you do on this site costs a plumber money, so nobody has to price that in.
- We do not rank or review businesses. There are no scores and no verdicts here. We publish facts about who trades where and at what.
- We do not copy ratings or reviews from other platforms. Those belong to the sites that collected them, and a rating lifted out of its context stops meaning very much.
How listings get here
Businesses are found through public sources: the Gas Safe register, Google local listings, the trade marketplaces, accreditation scheme member lists and Companies House. Every listing is checked against at least two independent sources before it publishes, one of which has to be something the business itself controls. Each page shows when it was last checked, and anything not re-checked within eighteen months drops down the list and then comes off.
Getting something changed
Every listing has a Modify listing button for corrections, which are free and unconditional. A listing can be removed only by the business's verified owner: claim it free to verify it is yours, then remove it from your dashboard.
A town is missing
Every town with a listed plumber based in it, covering it or working within reach of it has a page. If yours is not here and you know a plumber who works there, tell us.
