What is involved

Most emergency calls are one of four things. A joint or a pipe has failed and water is running where it should not. The heating has stopped in cold weather, which is an emergency for a household with a baby or an older resident even though nothing is leaking. A drain or soil stack has backed up. What an emergency visit buys is containment, not always a finished repair.
