About A B Water Plumbing Services
A B Water Plumbing Services is a water mains plumbing business in Kidderminster run by Andy Brown. The business specialises in burst and leaking water pipes on domestic properties, from the mains supply at the pavement to the house. Services listed are water pipe repair and replacement, lead pipe replacement, locating and fixing leaks, dealing with low water pressure, and silencing noisy pipes. The business uses trenchless mole technology to tunnel under driveways and patios, avoiding excavation.
A B Water covers Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Malvern, Upton, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Kinver, Halesowen, Solihull, Clee Hill, Abberley and Tenbury. A 24-hour call-out service runs seven days a week across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Work begins with a visit to locate the leak and assess the pipes. The mole system allows pipes to be replaced or repaired with reduced disruption, and debris is removed once the job is complete. Andy Brown spent 25 years at Severn Trent Water finding, fixing and relaying water pipes. A B Water holds Severn Trent Approved Contractor status and the WaterSafe mark, confirming qualification and a recent Water Regulations assessment. The business carries public liability insurance and issues certificates of compliance on completion, which can reduce the need for inspection or prior consent from water authorities.
