About A L Plumbing & Heating
A L Plumbing & Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Macclesfield. It carries out gas central heating repairs, servicing and installations, boiler repairs and new boiler installations, general plumbing work including water leaks and burst pipes, bathroom installation and renovation, underfloor heating systems, and renewable energy heating. The business also undertakes landlord maintenance work, including annual gas safety checks, toilet repairs and emergency leak callouts.
The business covers Greater Manchester and Cheshire. A L Plumbing & Heating has been trading for over 18 years and operates three vans with five full-time staff members. The engineers are Gas Safe registered and fully qualified to work with natural gas, oil, LPG and renewable sources. The business installs and services boilers from Ideal, Worcester, Valliant and Grant. Underfloor heating systems can be run from heat pumps, with each room heated separately, and every pipe is insulated to prevent heat loss. Renewable energy systems such as ground source heat pumps with hot cylinders are installed in garages to free up space inside the house. Recent projects include bathrooms, four boilers installed in a converted bank building with underfloor heating systems in each flat, and a ground source heat pump installation.
