About A Timmins Plumbing & Heating
A Timmins Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing, heating and gas engineer business based in Milnrow. It carries out boiler installations and annual boiler services, general plumbing work, unvented cylinder installations, bathroom and kitchen fittings, and landlord certificates for rented properties. The services listed include central heating installations with new boilers, radiators, underfloor heating, and basic plumbing such as fitting an outside tap.
The business covers Greater Manchester and Cheshire, including Littleborough, Wardle, Bamford, Norden, Shaw, Royton, Oldham, Springhead, Saddleworth, Diggle, Delph, Lees, Denshaw, Mossley and throughout the Cheshire area. Andrew Timmins is the director and has worked in the plumbing and heating industry for many years. The business has traded since 1991 and is Gas Safe Registered and an accredited Valliant Installer. Work begins with consideration of the home layout for central heating installations to ensure the system performs well. Bathrooms and kitchens are fitted to suit modern or contemporary styles. Boiler services keep heating systems in working order, and landlord certificates meet the legal requirements for letting properties.
