About Adam Stapley Plumbing
Adam Stapley Plumbing is a Gas Safe registered heating engineer based in Epsom, with 25+ years' experience in boiler and heating work. The business carries out boiler installation, replacement, repairs and annual servicing for homeowners and landlords across Epsom and nearby Surrey areas including Ewell, Cheam, Stoneleigh, Ashtead, Banstead and Worcester Park.
Services include boiler servicing for major brands such as Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Ideal, with a service record completed at each visit. Boiler repairs cover pressure loss, leaks, faults with heating circulation, and common boiler problems. The business diagnoses heating faults affecting radiators, valves, controls and circulation, and carries out MagnaCleanse system cleaning where sludge or dirty water is suspected. Hot water cylinder work includes unvented cylinders and immersion heater faults. Boiler replacement advice is offered when repair becomes uneconomical, and combi conversions are available.
A routine boiler service costs from £120 including VAT, with a combined service and Gas Safety Certificate from £186. Thermostatic radiator valve work ranges from £144 to £216, radiator replacement from £300 to £540, and MagnaCleanse cleaning from £660 to £900. Customers contact Adam directly by phone or WhatsApp to book, providing boiler make and model, postcode and any warning lights or current issues. Work begins with diagnosis to establish whether repair, cleaning or replacement is the right solution.
