About AFS Plumbing and Heating Ltd
AFS Plumbing and Heating Ltd is a family-run plumbing contractor based in Leicester. The business is directed by Zach Barrington-Hart, who handles reactive plumbing, quoting and customer coordination, and supported by Graham, a plumbing engineer. Customers speak directly with the local team rather than a call centre.
The services listed are 24/7 emergency plumbing call-outs for active leaks, burst pipes, overflowing toilets, leaking taps and showers, and urgent wastes and traps. Frozen and burst pipework, both internal and outside, are attended. Leak detection and internal pipe repairs are carried out, along with toilet and cistern repairs for running, leaking, blocked or poorly flushing toilets. Blocked sinks and toilets are cleared. Radiator and valve repairs are also offered.
AFS covers Leicester, Narborough, Enderby, Blaby, Whetstone, Wigston, Oadby and Broughton Astley. The two-engineer team has over 40 years' combined experience. Customers can call directly or send photos and a postcode on WhatsApp. Work begins with a visit to diagnose the fault, and a written quote follows where the fault allows this. The business holds £5m public liability and £10m employers' liability cover. AFS works for homes, landlords, agents, facilities teams and businesses.
