About AJM Plumbing
AJM Plumbing is a family run plumbing and heating business based in Aberdeen. It was founded in 1997 by Alan, who began plumbing as a child working with his father. The business carries out domestic and commercial plumbing work, including bathroom installations, boiler services, heating system maintenance, commercial catering and commercial gas work.
Drainage services are a core part of the business. AJM Plumbing operates its own drainage van and employs a drainage engineer who clears blocked drains, blocked toilets and blocked pipes using high-pressure jetting equipment. The business works for both domestic and commercial properties.
The office team of Jill, Pamela, Nicola and Kirsty handles bookings and customer enquiries. The office opens from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. AJM Plumbing covers Aberdeen and works alongside letting agencies and private landlords. For rental properties, the business provides annual boiler services with CP12 certificates, Legionella risk assessments and portable appliance testing. Certificates are sent electronically. When two or more of these services are booked together, a discount is offered. Visits can be arranged with tenants, or keys can be collected from the letting agent or dropped at the office.
