About Aqua Development services ltd
Aqua Development Services is a plumbing and heating business based in Harrogate. The team has worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 20 years. Services include general plumbing, central heating installations and repairs, kitchen and bathroom design and fitting, air and ground source heat pump installations, boiler servicing, landlord gas safety certificates, and property development and project management.
The business covers Harrogate, Knaresborough, Nidderdale, Pateley Bridge and surrounding areas. Marc Gillingham heads the team, which includes plumbers and heating engineers. Work begins with a visit to discuss the job, followed by a free estimate. The team traces and diagnoses faults in central heating systems and boilers, and repairs or replaces components such as central heating pumps, printed circuit boards, fans, valves, room stats, expansion vessels, ball valves and thermostatic radiator valves. Gas leaks and repairs to gas pipes and central heating pipes are also handled. Kitchen and bathroom design work involves the customer throughout the process, with adaptations made if additions or alterations are thought of during installation. Air source heat pumps are supplied and fitted, and the business holds MCS accreditation. Unvented hot water cylinders, including pressurised options, are installed as replacements for old or leaking cylinders. The business is Gas Safe registered and offers a fully project managed solution when required, with a bank of trades people available to recommend.
