About Aquafixx Plumbing & Heating
Aquafixx Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating business based in Chatham. It carries out boiler repairs and installations, emergency plumbing for burst pipes, leaking taps and blocked drains, bathroom and general plumbing work, and annual boiler servicing and central heating maintenance. The business is Gas Safe registered and holds public liability insurance.
Aquafixx covers Medway, Maidstone and Sittingbourne. The business was founded in 2023 and is run by Jim Walker, Director and Head Engineer, and Jess Higgins, Director and Head of Strategy. Jim trained as an apprentice at a mid-sized Kent plumbing firm and is Gas Safe registered. Every Aquafixx job gets his hands-on experience directly, with the same person attending each time. Jo Phipps works as Customer Relationship Manager.
For letting agents, Aquafixx provides Gas Safe registered CP12 inspections and renewals, fast response to leaks, boiler faults and heating breakdowns, a dedicated contact for the whole portfolio, and clear job notes, photos and invoices ready to forward to landlords. Jobs are sent by call, email or message with property details, attended on site for scheduled maintenance or emergency call-outs, and reported back with certificates, photos or job notes. Invoices go to the agency or landlord directly as required.
