About Bathroom Bay Ltd
Bathroom Bay Ltd is a bathroom design and supply business based in Neston, founded in 2019. The team of four combines over 45 years of industry experience in bathrooms, kitchens and home renovation. The business designs bathrooms, supplies products and arranges installation across Wirral, North Wales and Cheshire.
Services include 3D CAD design using virtual reality software so customers can see their bathroom before ordering, assisted living bathroom options with VAT-free choices available, and supply-only packages for DIY projects or full supply and installation.
The design process starts with a home visit to measure the space, discuss ideas and show examples of previous work. Customers provide mood board images and a budget. The team then creates a 3D design shown at a showroom visit in Neston using virtual worlds software. An estimate follows by email. Once approved, bathroom products are ordered and delivered. Installation is arranged through the business's selected sub-contractors or an external fitter of the customer's choice. On completion, the team visits to check the work and take photographs of the transformation.
