About Bideford Plumber
Bideford Plumber is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Northam, run by Ben Scott and his wife, Mandy. The business carries out general plumbing, boiler installation and servicing, central heating work, complete bathroom installations, and renewable energy plumbing for solar thermal, heat-pump and grey-water systems. It works for homeowners, businesses, landlords and second-home owners across Bideford, Barnstaple, Torrington and the wider North Devon area.
Ben has more than 15 years' experience in domestic and commercial plumbing and heating. The business is Gas Safe registered 514311, holds City and Guilds qualifications and OFTEC accreditation, and is a member of the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors. The business holds recognised industry and manufacturer credentials.
Jobs begin with a visit to listen to the customer's needs and explain the options. Bathrooms are planned and completed with plumbing, tiling and finishing work done by the business. Boiler repairs, servicing and full installations are carried out, and heating systems are installed or upgraded. For landlords, the business provides gas safety certificates and maintenance support. Bideford Plumber offers one dependable contact from first call to finish.
