About boilersandplumbing
Boilers and Plumbing is a heating engineer and plumber business based in March, Cambridgeshire, run by Simon Richards. The business repairs broken boilers and carries out boiler replacements, and it serves customers within a 15 mile radius. Services include Gas Safe work, central heating repairs, underfloor heating systems, power flushing, thermostatic radiator valve fitting and heating control systems.
Simon offers a 24/7 emergency call-out service. He visits to assess each boiler and recommends replacement only when repair is beyond possibility. When a new boiler is needed, Simon will better any genuine quote received elsewhere. Jobs are carried out with tidiness and customers are kept informed.
The business holds Gas Safe certificates and can supply references from previous customers. Simon advises on heat loss in older properties, including loft insulation, draft sealing on sash windows and casement doors, and chimney blocking. He explains radiator balancing and the use of programmers and thermostats to reduce heating costs. Technical information on the website covers condensing boilers, power flushing and thermostatic radiator valves.
