About C Nixon Plumbing & Heating
C Nixon Plumbing & Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Chadderton, founded in 2018 by Christopher Nixon. It carries out domestic and commercial gas work, boiler installations and repairs, central heating system design and installation, plumbing for leaks and bathrooms, radiator replacement, and gas safety inspections for landlords. The business is Gas Safe registered, number 558388, and holds City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in plumbing and unverted hot water systems. It is an approved installer for Glow-worm and Vaillant boilers and also fits Baxi boilers.
The business covers Oldham, Chadderton, Manchester, Rochdale, Ashton-under-Lyne, Royton, Shaw, Middleton and Failsworth. Christopher Nixon attends every job personally, carrying common Worcester, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Glow-worm parts on the van so most repairs are completed on the first visit. Work begins with a visit to diagnose the fault, followed by a written fixed-price quote before any work starts. Boiler installations come with manufacturer warranties of 5 to 20 years registered with the manufacturer. The business holds £5 million public liability insurance. Finance on boiler installations is available on request.
