About CDH Plumbing and Heating Limited
CDH Plumbing and Heating Limited is a family-run plumbing and heating business in Manchester founded by Callum Hall, a plumbing and heating engineer with over 10 years in the industry. The business serves new build developers and homeowners with plumbing, gas heating, air source heat pump systems, rainwater systems, guttering and underfloor heating. Callum began his career in large-scale residential projects before working as a sole trader with private homes, then returned to the new build sector with a fresh perspective.
The business offers supply and fit contracts for new build sites of all sizes, ranging from developments of 4 homes to multi-phase projects of up to 83 units. For homeowners, CDH carries out maintenance call-outs, boiler replacements, bathroom installations, heating system upgrades and remodels. The company provides labour-only and supply and installation models for both new build and renovation projects. Air source heat pumps are installed for homes upgrading from traditional gas systems.
CDH covers the North West and works with independent builders and national developers. The business has delivered work across five new build sites in just two years, spanning housing types from homes in partnership with housing associations through to four-bedroom properties. Through partnerships, the company provides full mechanical and electrical packages for developers. Callum personally provides quotes for homeowners, and work is carried out by the team.
