About Chase Heat - Plumbing and Heating
Chase Heat is a plumbing and heating business based in Larkfield, run by Duane, who has worked in the heating industry for over 25 years and was trained by British Gas. The business provides boiler servicing, repairs, new boiler installations, power flushing, radiator work, landlord gas safety certificates and general heating and plumbing maintenance for homeowners and businesses across Kent.
Boiler services include annual servicing with safety checks for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, flue inspection, pressure testing and a full safety report and certificate. Boiler repairs address faults including strange noises, leaks, pilot light problems, low pressure and thermostat faults. New boiler installations are carried out for combi and system boilers, and power flushing removes sludge from radiators and pipework to restore heating efficiency. Landlord gas safety certificates are issued following inspection.
Chase Heat covers Kent and the surrounding areas. Every quotation is prepared on-site and given immediately with a copy emailed. A 50 per cent deposit covers materials, with the remaining balance paid on completion. Most combi boiler installations take one day, and conversions from tank systems to combi boilers take two days. Waste is removed from site. Chase Heat is Gas Safe registered and holds public liability insurance. The business offers boiler cover plans from £10 per month, with options including annual servicing, breakdown cover, heating controls and radiators.
