About Clarke's Gas Services - Plumbers Faversham
Clarke's Gas Services is a heating and plumbing business in Faversham run by David Clarke, a trained gas engineer. The business was established in 2011 and now operates from Brogdale Farm. It installs, services and repairs central heating boilers, water heaters, gas fires, warm air units, cookers and Agas on natural gas, and carries out the same work on liquid petroleum gas systems for boats, residential park homes and caravans. Oil boiler installations, breakdowns and repairs are undertaken as Clarke's Gas Services is Oftec registered. The business also fits unvented and vented hot water cylinders, water softeners and supplies block salt to the door.
Plumbing work includes minor jobs and water system installations. Services listed include landlords gas safety checks, appliance services, and work on energy efficiency and domestic hot water distribution to reduce legionella risk. A boiler service includes visual inspection, safety checks, performance checks and review of main boiler components, and takes around 30 to 60 minutes depending on the boiler's age and condition.
Clarke's Gas Services covers Faversham, Whitstable, Canterbury and the surrounding areas. David Clarke qualified in gas central heating installation, breakdown and servicing in 2002, and is also trained in oil and caravan work. James, an engineer trained in gas and oil, joined in 2021. The business is Oftec registered and WRAS trained, and is an ATAG service agent for the local area.
