About CMS Plumbing & Bathrooms
CMS Plumbing & Bathrooms is a one-man operation run by Chris from Swineshead, just outside Boston. Chris has been on the tools for over twenty years and answers his own phone. The business grew through word of mouth, repeat customers and personal recommendations across Boston and South Lincolnshire.
The services listed are full bathroom installations, en-suites and cloakrooms, wet rooms, tiling and floor finishes, underfloor heating, and plumbing repairs and kitchen plumbing. Full bathroom work includes strip-out and disposal, first-fix plumbing and electrics, plaster, suite installation, tiling, second-fix, sealing, snagging and a final clean. Wet rooms are tanked with full bonded systems, formed shower trays and correctly-fallen tiled floors. Tiling covers large-format porcelain, mosaic, natural stone, brick-bond and herringbone. Underfloor heating is fitted as electric mat or warm-water systems under stone, porcelain, vinyl or wood. Smaller jobs include leaking or seized taps, mixer and filter tap replacements, toilet repairs, kitchen sink and waste installs, outside taps, and burst pipe and leak repairs.
The business covers Boston, Swineshead, Kirton, Sutterton, Donington, Bicker, Wyberton, Wrangle, Frampton, Holbeach, Spalding, Heckington, Sleaford, Coningsby, Horncastle and Lincoln. Work starts with a free site visit to measure up and discuss the specification, followed by a written itemised quote within a couple of days. Materials and the van arrive on the agreed day, with daily clean-down throughout. The job finishes with a snag walk-through and deep clean before handover.
