Combi Doctor is a Gas Safe registered heating and plumbing business based in Golborne, Warrington. The company carries out boiler repairs, boiler servicing, boiler installations, emergency heating and plumbing repairs, central heating work including radiator and thermostat faults and system powerflushing, plumbing jobs such as fixing leaking taps and pipes, unblocking drains, installing sinks and repairing toilets. Gas safety inspections with CP12 certificates are issued for landlords and homeowners.
The business covers the local area and works for homeowners, builders, estate agents, property management companies and insurance companies. All calls are answered in house rather than transferred to a call centre. Each engineer carries a handheld device providing instant feedback to the office, and all fleet vehicles are fitted with trackers showing the exact location of each engineer. The business states a first-time fix rate and carries essential parts on the van to repair boilers on the first visit.
Combi Doctor is Gas Safe registered (No.623960) and all heating engineers are fully certified. Annual service plans are available from £8 per month for homeowners, covering boiler breakdowns, repairs and safety checks. The Bronze plan includes a free annual service and safety inspection. Silver and Gold plans add central heating system cover, hot water cylinders, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and drainage. Landlord plans include the mandatory CP12 certificate each year.
