About Cornerstone Home Services
Cornerstone Home Services is a multi-trade home services business based in Witham. It carries out plumbing, heating, bathroom and kitchen installations, property renovations, flooring, decking, fencing, balustrades and general repairs for homes and businesses across Essex and surrounding areas. The business has traded for over 15 years.
Work includes replacing basins, toilets, radiators and boilers, installing new pipework, fitting bathroom suites with tiles and shower screens, laying LVT flooring, replacing decking and fencing, and creating storage and boiler surrounds from MDF. Jobs start with a visit to inspect the property and discuss the work needed. Surfaces are prepared, old materials removed, new pipework chased into walls where required, and finishes such as decoration and silicone sealing are completed. The business can supply materials or fit items customers have chosen themselves, and it handles multiple issues on a single visit rather than calling in other trades.
Recent projects listed include a conservatory renovation in Chelmsford with new radiator, pipework, flooring and storage, a bathroom upgrade in Heybridge with new bath, shower, tiles and radiator, kitchen flooring and stopcock replacement in Maldon, and fencing and decking replacement in Witham. The business covers Witham, Maldon, Heybridge, Tiptree, Wickham Bishops and Chelmsford.
