About Cozy Heat Plumbing and Heating
Cozy Heat Plumbing and Heating is a plumbing and heating business in Falkirk. Its Gas Safe registered engineers carry out boiler servicing, boiler repairs, central heating repairs, hot water system repairs, gas appliance repairs and plumbing repairs. The business also installs new boilers, radiators, radiator valves, heating filters, power-flushing systems, wireless programmers and smart heating controls from manufacturers including Vaillant, Worcseter Bosch, Samsung and LG Therma V. Air source heat pumps are fitted to provide heating and hot water. Gas fire services, gas cooker services and landlord safety certificates are also offered.
Cozy Heat covers Falkirk and the surrounding area. Customers book online to choose a date and time, and engineers visit to inspect the property and discuss the job. A boiler service costs £90 plus VAT and includes checks for gas tightness, ventilation, working pressure, burner pressure, flue flow and spillage, safety devices, internal combustion and flue safety. The engineer provides a flue gas analyser report. Repairs and diagnosis are charged at £84 per hour plus VAT, and estimates are provided before work starts. All invoices show a full description of labour and materials. Engineers carry mobile card machines for payment and issue email receipts.
Digital gas, plumbing and repair certificates are issued, and on-site job photos and detailed reports with photos are provided. New boiler installations are given a fixed price quote based on answers to questions and photos of the current boiler and flue. If other materials are required to complete the job, these are included in the fixed price.
