About CTL Plumbing and Heating
CTL Plumbing and Heating is based in Bearsted, Maidstone, and installs, services and repairs boilers and heating systems, carries out emergency call-outs for water and gas leaks, and handles everyday plumbing work including bathrooms and kitchens. Services listed are new boiler installations for gas, LPG and oil, boiler servicing and repairs, central heating and radiators, hot water cylinders both vented and unvented, underfloor heating, power flushing, landlord gas safety certificates, general plumbing, commercial plumbing, bathroom installations and kitchen plumbing.
The business covers Kent and the South East, with free home visits and free quotes across Kent. Every job starts with a free home visit to measure and assess the work. The business is Gas Safe registered under number 914673 for gas and LPG work, and OFTEC certified for oil boilers, covering off-grid systems. Boiler installations include sizing the boiler to the house, fitting time and temperature controls, and notifying the installation to Gas Safe Register so a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate is issued. Old boilers are removed and disposed of as part of the installation. CTL also offers cover plans starting from £8 a month, which include an annual boiler service and call-out cover.
