About Daley Plumbing and Gas
Daley Plumbing and Gas is a plumbing and heating business in Cheadle serving Manchester, Stockport and surrounding areas. It handles emergency plumbing for burst pipes, leaks, blocked drains and overflowing systems, boiler installation and repairs, boiler servicing, Gas Safety inspections and CP12 certificates for landlords and letting agents, and heating and hot water failures. The business also provides ongoing support for managed rental properties.
The business has traded for over 15 years and is Gas Safe registered and fully insured. Emergency call-outs receive rapid response across the local area. CP12 certificates are issued following successful inspection and must be renewed every 12 months for rental properties with gas appliances. Annual servicing helps prevent unexpected breakdowns and can extend the lifespan of a boiler.
Daley Plumbing and Gas serves homeowners, landlords and letting agents. Jobs are explained in plain language, and realistic timescales are provided. If repairs are more cost-effective than replacement, the business advises accordingly. Appointments are arranged to suit customers' schedules.
