About DM Group Wales
DM Group Wales is a plumbing and heating business based in Port Talbot. It carries out plumbing repairs and installations, boiler and heating system work, bathroom installations and upgrades, and commercial projects. The business also provides urgent call-outs for active water leaks, burst pipework, loss of heating or hot water, and boiler breakdowns.
Domestic work covers South Wales, while commercial projects extend across Wales and South West England. The services listed include plumbing repairs and property maintenance, gas work and boiler installations, complete bathroom installations and practical upgrades, and responsive support for hospitality, care and managed properties. Commercial work features plant-room installations with cylinders, pumps, controls and large-bore copper pipework, commercial boiler installations and boiler banks, and multi-zone distribution systems. Renewable heating installations include heat-pump systems and Ecodan heating systems. Bathroom work ranges from compact shower rooms to complete transformations with statement wall panels and brushed-gold fittings. First-fix work covers whole-property pipework routed through occupied properties during refurbishment and new-build installations across floor structures before boarding.
For urgent faults, customers describe the problem, location and any steps already taken. DM Group confirms availability and the next practical action. Make-safe work is carried out where there is immediate danger, and follow-on repairs are completed once the emergency is addressed. The business works across South Wales for domestic jobs and throughout Wales and South West England for commercial projects.
