About DW Plumbing and Gas Swansea
DW Plumbing and Gas Swansea is a family-run plumbing and heating business run by Dan Williams. It carries out domestic plumbing and gas work, boiler installation, boiler repair, boiler servicing, central heating upgrades, unvented cylinders, and LPG bottled gas services. The business also installs Adey heating system filters and chemical protection, carries out Adey Magnacleanse system flushing, and conducts landlord gas safety inspections. Dan is a specialist in heating and LPG gas services for caravans and residential park homes.
Dan holds an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in plumbing installation and maintenance and is on the Gas Safe Register. He is legally allowed to work on all plumbing systems, unvented cylinders, natural gas, LPG bottled gas, central heating, gas fires and space heaters, gas cookers and pipework. He is primarily a Baxi engineer and has experience with Worcester boilers and most boiler models and brands.
The business is based in west Swansea and covers all SA postcodes for domestic and maintenance work. It travels across south Wales for larger scale installation work. Dan holds public liability insurance. Work is charged at £60 per hour for the first hour on plumbing or gas work, then £50 per hour for subsequent hours. A day rate of £200 is available. Boiler servicing costs £60, and landlord gas safety certificates are £50 for most single properties.
