About Ely plumbing and heating
Ely Plumbing and Heating is a plumbing and heating business in Ely, established in 2013 by Rob Lee and Keith Missin. The business serves Ely, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas, offering bathroom installations, boiler fitting, heating systems, maintenance, emergency repairs and renewable energy work. Services include full bathroom refurbishments with design, supply, plumbing, electrical work, plastering and tiling. Boiler installation covers gas and oil systems from brands such as Worcester and Vaillant. Heating work includes underfloor heating, thermostatic radiator valves and heat pumps from LG and Samsung. The business also carries out power flushing, gas safety inspections, landlord safety certifications and hot water and waste management.
Keith Missin brings over four decades of experience in plumbing and heating, and Rob Lee has nearly three decades of experience. Engineers are qualified and insured. The business holds Gas Safe, OFTEC and Energy Efficiency Certification, with qualifications from City and Guilds, Logic and NVQ.
For bathroom projects, the business arranges an initial visit to discuss needs, offers design suggestions and provides a free quote. Once booked, the team coordinates all trades, manages the installation from start to finish and handles waste removal. The business works for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients, and offers a labour-only service if customers supply their own materials.
