About Energi House
Energi House is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company based in Lytham St Anne's. The business installs gas boilers, services and repairs boilers, fits radiators, installs gas fires and cookers, carries out power flushing and Magna-cleanse of heating systems, and fits underfloor heating in wet systems. It also installs smart home technology for heating controls, lighting and security, designs and fits bathrooms, handles general plumbing from leaking taps to washing machine installation, and completes landlord CP12 gas safety certificates.
Energi House covers Lytham St Anne's, the Fylde Coast and the North West of England. The business supplies boilers with a 5-12 year manufacturer warranty and offers fixed-price quotes. A surveyor visit is arranged to assess the work needed, and a written quotation sets out the time and cost involved. The team arrives on time and fully equipped, and removes rubbish safely after the work is finished.
Energi House employs a team of certified Gas Safe engineers. The business is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and by appointment on Saturday. Free surveys and quotations are offered. Radiators are supplied in standard white and ornate styles, and power flushing is offered depending on sludge build-up and the age of pipework.
