About Essex Plumbing & Construction
Essex Plumbing & Construction is a bathroom and wetroom installation business based in Southend-on-Sea. It designs and installs bathrooms, wetrooms, disabled access bathrooms and commercial washroom facilities. The business has over a decade of industry experience and works on residential and commercial projects across Essex, Cambridge and London.
For bathrooms, the business manages every detail from concept to completion, working with homeowners, designers and contractors. Wetrooms are designed with open-plan layouts for modern living, with waterproofing and ventilation included. Disabled access bathrooms focus on safety and comfort, with features such as level-access showers, grab rails and easy-to-use fixtures planned during a detailed consultation. Products used meet current safety standards.
Commercial work includes installations in care homes, assisted living facilities and clinics. Projects meet Part M regulations and the Equality Act 2010. Old surfaces are removed and new installations are finished with care. The team works closely with clients, architects and contractors to plan and execute every project with precision. Bathrooms combine style and functionality, and accessible bathrooms are designed to be both practical and attractive. Commercial projects are coordinated to minimise disruption. Free quotes are available on request.
