About FFT Plumbing & Heating
FFT Plumbing & Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Brentwood, founded in 2014. Frank, the owner, trained as a plumber over 15 years ago and runs the business personally, meeting customers from first quote to final invoice. The services listed are 24/7 emergency callouts for burst pipes and leaks, heating repairs and upgrades including air source heat pumps, blocked drain clearance, bathroom plumbing from tap repairs to full refits, bath and shower installations and repairs, toilet repairs and replacements, leak finding and repairs, silicone sealant replacement, and general plumbing fault diagnosis.
FFT Plumbing & Heating covers roughly 10 miles outward from Brentwood on the Essex side of the M25, with postcode-dependent coverage at outer edges. Frank carries stocked vans. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered sub-contractors. Every job comes with a fixed quote before work starts. Dust sheets are brought to jobs and waste is removed after completion.
The business holds £5m public liability insurance and is Checkatrade approved with a 5.0 rating on Google. Frank is City and Guilds qualified and has been serving Brentwood and Essex for over a decade. The business is a member of Brentwood Chamber. Response time for emergency callouts is 30 to 60 minutes within the local area.
