Fishers Plumbing and Heating is a mechanical contractor based in Lincoln. It provides plumbing, heating and gas services for commercial premises and homeowners. The commercial work includes full installations, refurbishments, plant room works, sanitaryware, boosted water systems, heating alterations and above-ground drainage. Boiler servicing and certification, boiler repairs, heating upgrades and replacement systems are offered for commercial and domestic customers. Domestic air conditioning is installed and serviced to F-Gas compliance. Repairs and maintenance cover responsive support for multi-site operators, landlords, facilities teams and homeowners.
The business covers Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and the wider Midlands. Recent commercial projects include a complete plumbing and heating installation at the Carre Arms Hotel in Sleaford with eleven en-suite bathrooms and a new plant room, multiple WC refurbishments and heating upgrades at Redwood Primary School in Waddington, and a complete plumbing installation for a new-build community centre in Sleaford. A conversion of a former public house into ten flats involved new hot and cold-water distribution, individually metered supplies, soil and waste systems and local water heaters. Ongoing work includes plumbing and heating installation for three townhouses and one coach house at a former scout hut in Louth, each with underfloor heating supplied by an air-source heat pump.
Fishers Plumbing and Heating was established in 2013. The team is REFCOM registered for domestic air conditioning installations. The business works for schools, colleges, care operators, construction firms and commercial premises, coordinating around occupied buildings and firm deadlines.
