The company is Gas Safe registered and an approved installer for Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Vaillant and Ideal boilers. The business carries out boiler installation, boiler repair, boiler servicing, central heating systems, plumbing services, 24/7 emergency call-outs, powerflushing, underfloor heating, unvented cylinders, gas cooker and hob installation, gas fire installation and servicing, and radiator installation. Every job is carried out by an in-house Gas Tech engineer, and the company carries common spares for Worcester, Baxi, Vaillant and Ideal on every van, achieving an 85 per cent first-visit fix rate on repair call-outs booked before 11am. Work begins with a visit to measure and assess the job, followed by a fixed-price quote. Dust sheets are used, shoes are removed, and the engineer provides a handover at the end of each job.
