About Hartswood Heating Ltd
Hartswood Heating Ltd is a plumbing and heating company based in Shoreham-by-Sea, working across Sussex and Surrey. It installs and services boilers and heating systems for gas, oil, LPG, electric and renewable heat pumps, both air and ground source. The business also fits unvented hot water cylinders, boiler relocations, underfloor heating, smart heating controls and landlord gas safety certificates.
Installation work begins with an assessment of the property and recommendations for the most suitable heating solution. Recent projects include converting traditional hot water cylinders to unvented systems, installing electric boilers in flats, fitting external oil boilers to free up internal space, and linking multiple LPG boilers to serve several properties with independent controls. Boiler servicing covers inspection, cleaning and testing of gas and oil boilers, and includes checks on controls, burners, gas leaks and flue performance. If faults are found during a service, the engineers provide a separate quotation for repairs.
The business covers Brighton, Shoreham and towns across Sussex including Bognor Regis, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. Hartswood Heating is a Which? Trader and holds Gas Safe registration. The team provides free quotes. Fixed-price servicing is available for gas boilers at £90 plus VAT and oil boilers at £130 plus VAT. The business is MCS registered for heat pump work and provides guidance on renewable heating options and Government Green Homes Grant eligibility.
