About Hayes Plumbing and Heating Ltd
Hayes Plumbing and Heating Ltd is a gas central heating business based in Fareham, run by Ben Proctor. The business fits new boilers, services and repairs boilers, replaces radiators, issues landlord gas safety certificates, and installs air source and ground source heat pumps. It also carries out commercial plumbing and heating work and services LPG appliances in homes, boats and caravans.
The business covers Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport and Chichester, and nearby areas across Hampshire. New boiler installations are supplied and fitted by Gas Safe registered engineers, and all installations are covered by manufacturer warranties of 10 to 18 years. The business is accredited by BOSCH, Vaillant, Atag and Glow-worm. Boiler servicing keeps heating safe and efficient, and repairs are carried out when something goes wrong. Radiators are sized for individual rooms so every space heats evenly. Air and ground source heat pumps provide lower-carbon heating designed for Hampshire homes. The business also installs cookers, gas hobs, water heaters and gas fires.
Hayes Plumbing and Heating was started in October 2016 by Ben Proctor, who retrained while serving in the armed forces. The team has 11 years in the trade between them. Work begins with a visit to look at the system, and a clear quote follows. Jobs are completed with neat, tidy work that is tested and signed off, with paperwork provided at the end.
