About Heat NI
Heat NI is a heating engineer business based in Bangor serving Belfast, Bangor, Newtownards and Holywood. It repairs boilers, carries out annual servicing, installs replacement boilers, responds to emergency heating callouts, and issues landlord gas safety certificates. The business has 25 years experience and specialises in gas and oil boilers.
Boiler repairs cover ignition faults and pressure issues. Annual servicing includes preventative checks to protect efficiency and safety devices, with paperwork issued for warranty conditions and future buyers. New boiler installations begin with a survey to assess heat load, hot water demand and flue routes, followed by a written quote before any commitment. Emergency callouts receive priority handling when heating or hot water is lost. Landlord certificates are annual CP12 inspections for rental properties with paperwork issued promptly.
Heat NI quotes repairs after diagnosis and before parts are ordered. Installation quotes follow a survey and break down labour, parts, disposal and any flue or pipework changes. Payment is taken on completion for repairs, servicing and emergency work; larger installations may require a deposit toward materials, explained in writing first.
The business covers Belfast, Bangor, Newtownards and Holywood. Customers book by phone or callback request, providing postcode and job details. A qualified engineer from the team attends each visit. Recent work includes Worcester and Ideal combi replacements with new copper pipework and thermostats. All gas work is Gas Safe registered.
