About Heating & Plumbing Doctors
Heating & Plumbing Doctors is a plumbing and heating business in Coventry founded by Waseem in 2012. The firm carries out boiler servicing, boiler repairs, boiler installations, emergency leak repairs, tap repairs and replacements, toilet repairs and installations, and shower repairs and installations for domestic and commercial clients. Boiler servicing is offered at three levels: a basic service at £95 including safety checks, seals inspection, flue and combustion checks, and a service report; an intermediate service at £125 adding a boiler drain and expansion vessel recharge; and a full stripdown at £225 including burner and heat exchanger cleaning and seal replacement. Plumbing repairs start at £95 for the first hour. The business stocks common parts in its van.
The business covers Coventry and travels up to 10 miles for maintenance work and up to 50 miles for boiler installations. Waseem manages the business with Curtis, a plumber who trained as an apprentice with the firm, and office administrators Emma and Kat. The team provides real-time engineer tracking and job reports after work is completed. A 10% discount is available for OAPs. Heating & Plumbing Doctors is Gas Safe registered and offers a one-year warranty on workmanship.
