About Heroes On Hand
Heroes On Hand is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating business based in Dunstable. The team carries out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance, heating repairs and installations, boiler servicing, and surveys of plumbing and heating systems. Services also include gas work and home heating surveys for buyers and landlords.
The business covers Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Barnet, St Albans and North London, plus wider Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Work starts with a visit to diagnose the problem or measure for installation. For boiler and heating issues, the team charges £85 plus VAT to investigate and diagnose, then provides a fixed quote for repair or replacement. Boiler servicing costs £85 plus VAT, or £150 plus VAT for a landlord's safety check and service combined. Plumbing and heating surveys are available for home-buyers. The business offers service plans where maintenance costs can be spread across twelve months.

Charlie is the Lead Engineer, Jake is a Plumber and Heating Engineer, and Kyle is an Apprentice. The team is Gas Safe registered and holds Which? status.
