About Home Comfort Assured
Home Comfort Assured is a two-person plumbing and heating business in Watford run by Andrew Millward and Elis Harizi. The business carries out boiler installation and repair, servicing, landlord gas safety checks, plumbing work including leaks and burst pipes, central heating installation and maintenance, air source heat pump installation through its renewables division, and underfloor heating supply and installation.
Andrew has over 40 years of engineering experience and is a member of Heat Geek, holding the title Heat Geek Elitist. His main areas are fault finding, boiler and heating repairs, and the design and installation of energy efficient heating systems including heat pumps and underfloor heating. Elis started doing general plumbing in 2007 in Greece, where he completed his course at a college for plumbing and heating. He moved to England and is now a member of Heat Geek, qualified in energy efficient heating systems design and installation, and is director of the business.

The business is Gas Safe Registered and Viessmann Accredited. Work is charged at fixed prices. Andrew led a heating overhaul at the Royal Thai Embassy, a job Viessmann UK published as a case study.
