About Home Heating Experts
Home Heating Experts is a plumbing, heating and boiler business based in Derby, founded in 2008 by Simon Emery. The business carries out boiler servicing, boiler repairs, new boiler installations, and domestic plumbing work including tap installation, toilet repairs, sink and shower replacement, washing machine and dishwasher connections, and leak detection and repair. The team is Gas Safe registered and accredited by Baxi, Glowworm and Worcester.
The business covers Derby and surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius, including Borrowash, Findern, Chaddesden, Allestree, Sinfin, Littleover, Etwall, Hilton, Long Eaton, Ockbrook, Swadlincote and Willington. A standard annual boiler service costs £80 plus parts. Plumbing work begins with a site visit where a uniformed plumber assesses the job, advises on options and provides a quote. Once agreed, the installation or repair is completed and covered by a 12-month warranty. Boiler servicing includes inspections, tests and cleaning in line with the manufacturer's instructions, with a standard service taking around one hour. A detailed report follows, and annual reminders can be arranged for the next service.
Home Heating Experts has traded since 2008. All engineers are fully licensed, insured and Gas Safe registered. The business works for homeowners and landlords, with dust sheets and clean-up as standard on every visit.
