About Horndean Plumbing
Horndean Plumbing is a family-run heating and plumbing business based in Waterlooville. It was established in 1998 and is now a limited company with a team of Gas Safe registered engineers. The business installs Worcester condensing boilers for residential and commercial properties, services and repairs boilers, fits underfloor heating systems, and carries out landlord safety inspections. Bathroom suites and new bathrooms are also installed.
Boiler installations include regular gas boilers, combi boilers and system boilers. Worcester condensing boilers achieve efficiency levels of over 90 per cent. Underfloor heating can reduce heating bills by as much as 40 per cent compared to conventional radiators. Annual boiler servicing helps prevent breakdowns and prolong the life of the system. The business diagnoses and repairs boilers using quality components and parts.
Horndean Plumbing covers Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Havant and the surrounding areas. Landlord safety inspections include testing gas appliances and issuing Gas Safety Certificates or CP12 certificates, which must be renewed every 12 months. Carbon Monoxide alarms are tested during inspections and can be installed on the day of the visit. Inspection appointments are offered in 2 hour time slots during the day, evening or weekend, and certificates are issued in digital format on the day of inspection. The business is a Worcester Accredited Installer and holds Gas Safe and OFTEC registration.
