About HP Plumbing and Heating
HP Plumbing and Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in York. It has been trading for over 14 years and employs a team of 10 experienced engineers and support staff. The business is fully Gas Safe registered and carries out new boiler installations, boiler servicing and repairs, new and replacement radiators, heat pump installations, air conditioning installations, and plumbing and gas work.
The business covers York, Wetherby, Harrogate, Castleford, Pontefract, Leeds, Wakefield, Pocklington and Selby. It installs boilers from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal and Baxi, with parts and labour cover of up to 12 years depending on the model. Boiler services take approximately 45 to 90 minutes and include checking and cleaning key components and identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs. Boiler repairs address faults such as leaks, pressure problems and component failures. The business also issues Gas Safety Certificates for landlords following inspection of all gas appliances, flues and pipework.
Air conditioning units are fitted to homes and businesses. Heat pumps draw heat from the environment to reduce energy use. Radiators are supplied and fitted. HP Plumbing and Heating offers a 24/7 emergency plumbing service. A reminder with estimated arrival time is sent on the day of the appointment, and a full gas safety compliant certificate is issued on completion. The business is registered with Checkatrade and holds over 600 customer feedback reports with an average satisfaction score of 10 out of 10.
