About I'M Heating & Plumbing Ltd
I'M Heating & Plumbing Ltd is a heating and plumbing business based in Crawley, run by Ian. The business specialises in gas boiler repairs, installation and servicing, and it also carries out central heating installation, maintenance and power flushing. Services include unvented hot water systems, gas cooker and hob installation, radiator replacements, and repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures such as taps, toilets and pipes. Cloakroom renovations are offered, with design and project management from start to handover. The business also troubleshoots leaks and clogs in sinks, toilets and bathtubs, and installs smart thermostats.
Boiler servicing comes in two types. A minor annual service includes a visual check of the boiler and flame, checks of operating pressure, flue and safety devices, removal of the boiler casing to inspect the burner, heat exchanger, injector and sensor probe, firing the boiler to identify faults, and cleaning the condensate trap and sump. A major service, generally every five to seven years, adds a full heat exchanger strip down and clean, replacement of the burner seal, sensor probe and condensate seals, and a system inhibitor check. Each service produces a written report.
I'M Heating & Plumbing Ltd covers Sussex and Surrey. Ian works alone and attends to jobs personally. The business is fully insured. Free quotes are available on request.
