About Ian Keedy Plumbing & Heating
Ian Keedy Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating business based in Maldon. It carries out plumbing repairs and replacements, boiler installations, central heating upgrades, power flushing, bathroom design and installation, and landlord gas safety checks. The services listed include fixing leaking taps, repairing and replacing water softeners and water tanks, installing combination boilers, heat-only boilers and system boilers, and servicing gas appliances including boilers, fires and cookers.
The business covers Maldon and the surrounding areas of Essex. Ian Keedy founded the company in 2004 and has been working in plumbing and heating since 1991. He became a Gas Safe registered heating engineer in 2001. The business relocated to Maldon in 2015. Jobs begin with a survey to assess the property and heating requirements, and the engineer offers recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective system. Power flushing removes sludge, rust and debris from heating systems and can lower energy bills, extend boiler lifespan, fix cold radiators and reduce noise. Bathroom projects include specialist trades for each task. The business holds Gas Safe registration and is an independent operation.
