About J.Avery Plumbing & Heating
J.Avery Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating business based in Birmingham, established in 2004. The firm installs Worcester Bosch and Baxi boilers with extended manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years, services and repairs boilers to manufacturer specification, designs and installs central heating systems with radiators and smart controls, and carries out bathroom design and installation with full project management. The business also offers 24-hour emergency plumbing for leaks, burst pipes, blocked drains and heating breakdowns, power flushing to remove sludge and restore heat output, and installation of oil boilers, solar thermal systems and underfloor heating.
J.Avery Plumbing & Heating covers Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country, including areas such as Sutton Coldfield, Knowle, Walsall, Dudley and Wolverhampton. The business is Gas Safe registered and fully insured. Boiler installations begin with a free survey to assess the existing system and hot water demand, followed by a fixed written quote covering the boiler, parts, labour and any necessary upgrades. Installation day includes system draining, boiler commissioning to manufacturer specification, gas and flue testing, and registration of the Gas Safe notification and warranty. For landlords, the firm issues CP12 gas safety certificates covering boilers and other gas appliances. The business has 22 years of experience and carries common spares on the van, so many breakdowns are repaired in a single visit.
