About J Cordner Heating and Plumbing
J Cordner Heating and Plumbing is a family-run heating and plumbing business based in Eastbourne. It has traded for over 25 years and carries out boiler installations, boiler repairs, boiler servicing, central heating installations and repairs to burst pipes. The business also fits gas water heaters, hob and gas ovens, immersion tank replacements, flue liners, unvented hot water cylinders and underfloor heating. Energy efficient advice, gas safety inspections and landlord safety certificates are offered, along with solar heating and renewable energy products.
Modern Worcester condensing boilers fitted by the business improve efficiency to over 90 per cent, which could save a minimum of 30 per cent on heating bills compared to older boilers. If a heating system is temperamental, makes noises, has cold radiators or produces hot water in the header tank, the business can diagnose the fault and advise on repairs or upgrades. A boiler service can be booked annually.
J Cordner Heating and Plumbing covers Eastbourne, East Sussex and the surrounding areas. All engineers are Gas Safe Registered and carry their official identity card. The business is Worcester Accredited and is monitored by several trade and industry bodies. Estimates are available on request by telephone or contact form.
