About JDN Property Services Ltd
JDN Property Services Ltd is a family-run property maintenance business based in Wishaw. It carries out damp proofing, timber preservation, woodworm treatment, fire and flood restoration, and general facilities maintenance for domestic and commercial properties across Scotland and the Scottish Islands.
The services listed are rising damp treatment using chemical damp-proof courses, penetrating damp and condensation control, dry rot and wet rot treatment, woodworm prevention, fire restoration, flood restoration, leak detection, property accident repairs, advanced drying of buildings, and plasterwork. Jobs start with a survey to identify the source of damp or damage, and a report with recommended actions is emailed to the customer. Drying systems are used to reduce building drying times. Walls are plastered and left ready for decoration once treatment is complete.
JDN Property Services covers West Central Scotland including Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, West Lothian and Stirlingshire, and also services the Scottish Islands. The business was launched on 7 April 2015 by Jon, who trained in construction at secondary school and worked in preservation and insurance repair for over 20 years. The firm now employs a workforce and runs apprenticeships. Work is carried out for homeowners, landlords, businesses, property managers and insurers. Emergency response is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tasks are carried out in line with insurance provider guidelines.
