About John the Plumb Ltd
John the Plumb Ltd is a family-run plumbing and heating company based in Farnborough, Hampshire. It covers Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, including Camberley, and works for homes and landlords. The owner, John Matthews, has been in the plumbing and heating trade for over 20 years.
The business looks after boilers, central heating, general plumbing and air conditioning. Boiler work covers installation, annual servicing, breakdowns and landlord CP12 certificates. Boiler installation starts with a free in-home survey and a fixed-price quote, and includes a full system flush and commissioning, with smart thermostat options. Central heating work covers full systems, radiators, power flushing and controls.
The site states that the business is Gas Safe registered, and is a Worcester Bosch accredited installer and REFCOM registered for air conditioning. Quotes and advice are free. The business also offers a finance option on boiler installations, and describes the team as the same people from the first phone call to the final test.
