JPF Plumbing Heating & Gas Ltd is a family-run plumbing, heating and gas business based in Weymouth, founded by Jason and Cressida Frampton. The 14-strong team carries out domestic plumbing and heating work for homeowners, commercial installations for offices, shops, warehouses and hospitality venues, and complete plumbing contracting for new build housing developments across West Dorset.
Residential services include boiler installation, repairs and annual servicing, general plumbing for taps, toilets, waste, drainage and water supply, radiators, electric heaters, underfloor heating and unverted cylinders, bathroom installations with tiling and sanitary ware fitting, and plumbing and heating for home extensions and loft conversions. Commercial work covers design, installation and maintenance for offices, shops, warehouses and industrial units, welfare facilities, hospitality venues such as restaurants and hotels, and public amenities including council-owned toilets and civic buildings. For developers, JPF handles ground-up soils and drainage, first and second fix pipework, boiler installation and commissioning, air source heat pump installation, bathroom fit-outs, and full certification and sign-off documentation.
The business covers Weymouth, Dorchester and the wider West Dorset region. JPF has worked with Betterment Properties on housing developments and with Weymouth Town Council and Wessex Water. All engineers are City & Guilds qualified and Gas Safe registered. Jason incorporated JPF in July 2014 after 15 years working for another firm.
