About KT Gas & Heating
KT Gas & Heating is a plumbing and gas engineering business based in Hucknall, Nottingham. It is Gas Safe registered under number 974989 and fully insured. The business carries out boiler installation and replacement, servicing and gas safety checks, repairs and breakdowns, emergency call-outs, and general plumbing work across Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield.
Boiler work includes fitting combi, system and conventional boilers, straight swaps and full system changes, removal of old units, checking and bringing gas supply and flue up to standard, system filling, pressure testing and balancing, and setting up controls before leaving. A like-for-like swap in the same spot takes a day; moving the boiler to a different wall or changing system type runs into a second day. Manufacturer warranty is registered after installation. General plumbing covers taps, toilets, leaks, radiators, cylinders and pipework. Repairs address pressure loss and fault codes. Emergency call-outs for burst pipes, escaping water and heating failures are available day or night.
The business turns up when agreed, tells customers what has been found in plain English, and agrees the cost before work starts. Call-out charges are always stated in full before work begins. Dust sheets are put down, the house is kept tidy, and rubbish is taken away. A large part of the work comes from recommendations by previous customers.
