About L Bailey Plumbing & Heating Ltd
L Bailey Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a plumbing and heating business based in Plymouth. The team carries out domestic and commercial work across the South West, including bathroom and kitchen installations, boiler servicing and replacement, central heating systems, drainage services, and ongoing maintenance. Commercial services include boiler room installations, pipe fitting for new builds, low-temperature hot water systems, pump maintenance, pressure testing and safety compliance checks.
The business is run by managing director Lance Bailey, with a team that includes a supervisor and pipefitter, a contracts manager, gas engineers and apprentices. L Bailey Plumbing & Heating Ltd holds Gas Safe and WRAS approvals. Work begins with a phone call or online contact to arrange a visit. A detailed quote is provided before work starts. The engineers then carry out the job, and a follow-up check confirms everything is working to the customer's satisfaction.
For domestic customers, the business installs bathrooms and kitchens, services and replaces boilers, fits central heating systems, clears blockages and carries out system overhauls. For commercial properties, it specialises in new builds and comprehensive low-temperature hot water systems. The business also provides gas safety certificates and thermostat repairs. Drainage work covers blockage clearance. Boiler servicing includes gas safety certification.
