About Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd
Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Edenfield, serving Greater Manchester and the wider North West. The business carries out boiler installation, boiler repair and servicing, heating installation, plumbing repairs, commercial fit-out and M&E work for homeowners and commercial clients. Services listed include emergency callouts for burst pipes, leaks, boiler breakdowns and heating failures.
The team comprises five qualified plumbing and heating engineers led by founder Mike, who has run the business since 2006. Becky manages operations, and engineers Baz, Danny and Louie carry out installations and repairs. The business covers Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Manchester, Salford, Oldham and Rossendale, with larger commercial projects covered further afield.
Work begins with a visit to assess the job and provide a quote. Boiler installations include registration with the manufacturer. Radiators are replaced, flushed and bled. Gas fireplaces are disconnected and safety checks are performed. The business is Gas Safe registered, SafeContractor approved, TrustMark endorsed and SSIP assessed. Engineers are fully insured. Lacey Plumbing & Heating offers 0% finance on Worcester Bosch boiler installations. For emergencies, the business dispatches an engineer as quickly as possible. Commercial clients on maintenance contracts receive priority response with agreed service level agreements.
